Where we ship
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is on the roadmap — join our email list to hear when it launches.
Production time
Every Printie is 3D printed to order in our Sydney studio. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched. Larger orders may take a little longer — we'll email you if there's a delay.
Rates
- Standard (Australia Post): $9.99 flat rate, Australia-wide — typically 2–7 business days after dispatch
- Express Post (Australia Post): $14.99 flat rate, Australia-wide — typically 1–3 business days after dispatch
- FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Tracking
Every order ships with Australia Post tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking number the moment your Printies leave the studio.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected window, email hello@printies.com.au with your order number and we'll sort it out — replacement or refund, your call.
