What are Printies?
Tiny 3D printed collectibles. Each one is 3D printed in our Sydney studio, finished, and shipped directly to you. Think of them as collectible little friends that live on your desk, your shelf, or in your pocket.
How big are they?
Mini Printies are roughly 3.5 cm — properly pocket-sized. Perfect for party bags, desks and tiny hands (3 and up!).
What are they made of?
PLA — a plant-based plastic that's biodegradable under the right conditions. Smooth matte finish.
Are Printies safe for young kids?
⚠️ Warning: Choking hazard. Not suitable for children under 3 years old. Printies are small figures with small parts. They're perfect for school-age collectors, but keep them away from toddlers and babies.
How long until my order ships?
Because we print to order, allow 3-5 business days for production before shipping. Standard delivery within Australia is then 2-7 business days.
What are the Mobs?
Every Mini Printie belongs to a collectible crew called a Mob. The Home Mob (30 figures) and the Wild Mob (31 figures) are out now — the Monster Mob is landing soon. Each Mob has its own collector sheet so you can tick off the figures you've got: download and print the Home Mob sheet (A4 PDF) or the Wild Mob sheet (A4 PDF).
Do orders really include free surprises?
🎁 They can! Every order has a chance of a free surprise Printie slipped into the box before it ships. No codes, no minimum spend — just a little extra luck with every order.
Can I customise my Printie?
Not yet. We're working on a custom colour option for early 2027. For now, you choose from the colours and characters in the roster.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is on the roadmap. Join our email list and you'll be first to know.
Can I return my order?
Faulty or damaged orders — yes, full replacement or refund within 14 days. Change-of-mind returns aren't accepted because everything's made to order. Full details on our Returns page.
Do you offer wholesale?
Reach out via our contact page with your shop details and we'll send a wholesale catalog.
How do I care for my Printie?
Wipe with a soft damp cloth. Keep out of direct sun and away from heat (PLA softens above 60°C). Don't leave them in a hot car.
