Welcome to Printies. By accessing or using printies.au (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
About us
Printies is a sole trader business based in Sydney, Australia (ABN 60 878 651 834). All references to "we", "us", and "our" refer to Printies.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to place an order.
Products
All Printies are 3D printed to order. Because each piece is made to order, slight variations in colour, finish, and dimensions are normal and not considered defects. Product photos are accurate but lighting and screens may show colour slightly differently.
Safety: Printies contain small parts. ⚠️ Warning: Choking hazard. Not suitable for children under 3 years old. Adult supervision is recommended for young children.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed.
Orders
Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or suspected of fraud. If we cancel, you'll be refunded in full.
Production and shipping
Production takes 3-5 business days. Shipping times depend on your location and chosen service — see our Shipping page. We're not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post.
Returns
See our Returns policy. Faulty or damaged orders are replaced or refunded within 14 days of receipt. Change-of-mind returns aren't accepted.
Intellectual property
The figure models we print are created by independent 3D designers and printed under commercial licence — those designs remain the property of their respective creators. The Printies name, logo, product photography, and all other content on this Site are the property of Printies or used under licence. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without written permission.
User content
If you post reviews, photos, or other content on our Site or social channels (including with the #printies hashtag), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content for marketing purposes, with credit where possible.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of NSW.
