Production time
Every Printie is 3D printed to order in Sydney. We aim to dispatch within 3-5 business days of your order. Larger orders or limited drops may take longer — we'll email if there's a delay.

International shipping
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is on the roadmap — join our email list and we'll let you know the moment it launches.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your Printies are on the way.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected window, email us at hello@printies.au with your order number and we'll sort it out — replacement or refund, your call.
